Q: Multiple tenants share one optical fibre. Can they view each other’s data?
A: No. The all-optical network adopts GEM Port protocol-layer isolation and PON hard slicing technology to assign each tenant to an independent logical channel. Each ONU only receives and parses data belonging to its own GEM Port and cannot read data from other ONUs, cutting off cross-tenant access paths at the network protocol layer.
Q: Can property management view tenants’ network data?
A: No. AINOPOL EAAS cloud platform supports multi-tenant hierarchical management. Property staff can check device operational status and handle infrastructure faults, but tenant internal business data remains invisible to property managers. Tenants get independent admin accounts to manage their own corporate networks.
Q: Do tenants need to purchase their own network devices?
